Customized Products
Most of our products are custom-made. We do not accept returns if the issue was caused by the customer (wrong size, design, spelling, etc.).
We will only accept returns for customized products if the problem was our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent). Contact us within 14 days with photos.
Standard / Off-the-Shelf Products
We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in saleable condition (we decide).
Returns are at the customer’s expense.
How to Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, church name and photos (if needed). Do not ship anything back until we approve it.
We will inspect all returns. Approved returns will be refunded (minus return shipping unless it was our mistake).
